ACCESS STATEMENT
The Sunnyside is a three storey Victorian building, originally two houses, now interconnecting on the ground and first
floor and comprising numbers 2 & 4 Llewelyn Avenue
.
The following statements are useful as a guide to the facilities and access available to guests. Further specific details
can be given on request to enable guests to gauge suitability for their individual needs. Visits to The Sunnyside to
assess the same prior to booking are welcomed, with some notice please, to ensure specific room types are available
for inspection and assessment. We ask that guests notify us on booking, and again on check-in if personal assistance
will be required to evacuate the premises in case of fire if either visually, hearing, mobility or otherwise impaired
Car parking
The Sunnyside does not have its own car park however on the road car parking is unrestricted for most of Llewelyn
Avenue except for the corners of each end of the avenue, which are clearly marked with double yellow lines.

Entrance
Entrance to the building and the whole of the ground floor is on level access. The ground floor public areas comprise
a porch, large through lounge area, reception/bar area, unisex toilet and restaurant.
All of our bedrooms are on the first or second floor.
The building does not have a lift; there are two dog-leg staircases either end of the building leading to the first and
second floors.
There are sixteen stairs on each to the first floor.
Assistance with luggage is available on request at Reception and always offered on checking in and out.
The Sunnyside can arrange or assist contacting several local companies offering mobility vehicles and aids of various
types for hire, most companies also deliver and collect.
