When orginally built, The Sunnyside was 2 grand and imposing Georgian houses, with all the Luxuries of staff and a short stroll from the promenade, pier and Theatres.
During the 20th Century the houses were converted into the hotel it is now, with the addtion of the annexe wing.
At the start of 2007 the Holyoak family purchased the hotel and set about with vigour to update the interior and the running of the hotel.

Over the last 12 months, dramatic changes have taken place throughout the building and The Sunnyside has been given a new lease of life. This, coupled with the high standards we set for ourselves, we offer our guests a warm, welcoming, comfortable and enjoyable time in Llandudno and North Wales.
